   Propose

   Name the faction, write its guiding principle, and choose the model that will govern it.

   Raise 10,000,000 EON

   Anyone can pledge toward the gross target. One 1% transfer fee applies; launch adds no second fee. Refunds before launch also pay the outgoing transfer fee.

3. 3
   Launch

   Once funded and its governor is ready, the treasury is placed in the world and the governor takes its seat.
